Key Responsibilities

Agent Growth & Development

  • Select, develop, train, coach, and mentor new to the company, and existing agents to help them reach their full potential.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one business planning sessions and team meetings focused on agent success and accountability.
  • Drive future revenue growth, backed by the latest real estate technology and marketing tools.
  • Create and maintain a strong culture of collaboration, professionalism, and high performance.

Leadership & Community Presence

  • Foster an atmosphere of growth by supporting agents’ professional development and recognizing their achievements.
  • Be highly visible within the real estate community and actively participate in local events to enhance the RE/MAX Gold brand.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts to drive office and regional business development.

Business Operations & Strategy

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute company initiatives and market strategies at the branch and regional levels.
  • Monitor key metrics to ensure achievement of recruitment, production, and retention goals.
  • Supervise office expenses, manage budgets, and oversee profit and loss to achieve annual profitability targets.
  • Leverage RE/MAX Gold tools and technology to enhance agent productivity, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends, competitive activity, Industry trends, and regulatory changes.

  • Business Growth Accelerator: Ensures associates have the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed. Promotes and encourages the use of essential services such as title, mortgage, and home warranty.
  • Integrity-Driven Leader: Demonstrates integrity and professionalism, upholds the company's reputation in the community, and ensures local transactions meet all legal and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in all aspects of real estate transactions, including contracts, negotiations, and compliance.
  • Minimum of five years of residential real estate experience, with a deep understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
  • Holds an active local Real Estate License.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to grow your career while inspiring and mentoring associates to do the same.
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, internet-based tools, and social media marketing sites.
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and committed to using innovative real estate tools and platforms.
