The Sr. Technical Support Analyst will report to the Enterprise Technology Team for US Hospital Products assisting with multi-platform hardware & software implementations & interoperability project support pre and post go live across the US. The Sr. Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to Baxter’s hardware and software products. This position is regarded as a Level 3 subject matter expert.
College degree in Computer Science or Information Systems related area preferred.
The successful candidate for this position will be required to provide his or her COVID-19 vaccination status as a condition to employment, pursuant to OSHA ETS requirements. If the employee is not vaccinated, then the employee will have to submit to weekly testing, subject to potential religious or medical exemptions.
This position can be located remotely within the country of India.
