Job summary

RMGS, Inc. seeks a J33 Battlewatch Supervisor – Directorate Task Lead for a Senior role at MacDill AFB/Tampa, FL. The position oversees the Battlewatch team, ensures continuous operations, and coordinates with the COR and SCPM.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in one of the specified disciplines.
• JPME Level II or service equivalent.
• At least 5 years of strategic and operational planning/analysis.
• At least 3 years in CENTCOM AOR or related cyber/defense domains.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Battlewatch Support Team Monday–Friday (0900–1700) to ensure 100% manning and readiness.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, training, and knowledge management to all Battlewatch specialists.
• Prepare and submit monthly shift schedules and daily situation reports for government review.
• Assist SCPM with J3 activities, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Monitor SOF operations and maintain situational awareness across USCENTCOM AOR.
