Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Battle Staff Section Instructor - Emergency Actions (EA) at Offutt AFB, NE. This position is contingent upon award of contract and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. You will provide specialty EA training and support FEMA operations, contributing to mission readiness.

You will develop lesson plans, deliver certification, evaluate performance, and assist in EA scenario development for events, drawing on prior NAOC Battle Staff experience and EA procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior NAOC Battle Staff experience.
• Expertise in EA procedures and NAOC EA mission support operations.
• Understanding of NAOC CONOPS and nuclear C2 operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and recurring EA training and certification.
• Develop, update, and implement EA lesson plans, exams, and practical training.
• Support NPES scenario development for EA certification events.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.
