North Slope Borough School District is seeking dedicated coaching staff to support academic programs and Battle of the Books activities in Utqiaġvik, Alaska.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• AK Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with participants, parents, and administrators.
• Set a high code of conduct in all activities.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to NSBSD policies and activity guidelines.
• Oversee annual reviews of coaches' and parent/student handbooks.
• Ensure student welfare guides decision-making.
• Complete mandatory trainings before the first contract day.
