Batteries Plus in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate. You will help customers, operate the POS, and assist with battery installations and light repairs. No prior product knowledge is required; comprehensive paid training is provided to get you up to speed.

You will join a friendly team and support store operations, including inventory, displays, and daily opening/closing tasks. Weekend shifts include differential pay and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ask questions, and determine needs
• Look to provide a complete solution
• Operate a technology-based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions
• Inbound phone sales/service
• Install large and small batteries in various devices
• Disassemble / reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs
• Function as a team player
• Inventory stock maintenance and management
• Ship and or deliver to commercial accounts
• Maintain a clean and full store appearance
• Build displays to better market seasonal products
• Prepare the store for daily opening and closing
