Trojan Battery Company is seeking a Stacking Operator in Los Angeles to assemble, sort, and stack lead plates and separators for batteries on schedule. You will ensure each stack has the correct number of separators and plates and follow strict hygiene and safety rules on site.

The role emphasizes safe operation with required PPE, adherence to the quality policy, and cross-training in related production functions to maintain productivity and on-time output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months' experience in production, construction, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Basic English proficiency to interpret work and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply the Quality policy.
• Identify plates and separator types for each battery.
• Detect and report defective materials.
• Dispose of contaminated materials properly.
• Cross-train in table moving and related functions as required.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping and hygiene practices.
