Key Responsibilities

The Battery Service Technician is the face of the company. Responsibilities include:

• Travel to client sites to service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial forklift batteries and chargers.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, informing them of progress and any additional costs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure expert service and timely completion of work.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and DOT physical.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
• Electrical and forklift experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits
