Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Quality Engineer to support and improve the quality systems, processes, and product performance in a lithium battery separator manufacturing environment. You will work with Operations, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality are met.

The role requires IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 background, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and experience with manufacturing quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/quality fields required.
• ASQ or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience in relevant manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 14001 quality systems required.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with SPC, PFMEA, control plans and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all manufacturing, laboratory, and environmental safety procedures.
• Promote safety culture across all activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality performance.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate defects, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in process validation, qualification, and product testing.
