Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a quality-control role within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience with metallography, CT, TGA and chemical analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
• Record inspection data accurately.
• Investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Support training management for new employees.

Skills

Proficiency with measuring tools and testing equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of troubleshooting tools like Six Sigma

Strong attention to detail

Education

High-school diploma or equivalent

Technical certification or associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
