Job summary

Qualifications
- 1–2 years quality control/inspection experience.
- Familiar with control charts, FTA and FMEA.
- Dexterity for repetitive hand motions.
- Materials/chemical analysis equipment experience helpful.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Read product data sheets and confirm specifications.
- Working-level English reading/writing/speaking.
Responsibilities
- Support quality control systems in battery production.
- Inspect cells to determine specification conformance.
- Analyze safety and performance in pre-production and mass production.
- Collect product data from the manufacturing process.
- Analyze sample data to reduce defects and improve battery performance.
- Audit defects prevention to assure production quality.
