Qualifications

• Experience in battery pedagogy and coordinating rehearsals.
• Experience teaching high school-aged students.
• Experience directing small and large group instruction.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of marching basics to battery percussion members
• Attend and assist rehearsals
• Attend and assist performances as scheduled with the director
• Foster student creativity, discipline, and teamwork in an inclusive environment
