Job summary

LG Energy Solution is seeking a proactive Battery Pack In/Out-Bound Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics planning for pack materials. The role requires meticulous cost management, incident handling, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners. On-site in Phoenix, AZ, full-time exempt position.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0-3 years in manufacturing, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Logistics planning & performance tracking: Monitor and manage logistics plans and execution results for pack materials across internal operations and external entities.
• Proactive issue resolution & cost management: Identify bottlenecks or delays, resolve them, and review/process logistics and customs expenses.
• Damage claim management & asset disposal: Investigate cargo damage, manage freight claims, and oversee disposal of damaged assets.
• Stakeholder & partner coordination: Act as primary communication bridge between internal departments, external entities, and 3PLs to ensure transparent information sharing.
• Perform other duties as assigned
