Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Blue Oval Battery Park in Michigan. You will lead an hourly team, drive safety, and push operational excellence to meet production targets with a data-driven approach.

This is a senior, influential role in a transformative facility within the electrification movement. You will shape culture, develop teams, and collaborate with the union while focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and MDMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team to meet production targets.
• Champion workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and improve quality and efficiency.
• Utilize data to reduce downtime and defects and track attendance.
• Develop high-performing teams through servant leadership.
• Collaborate with union representatives and suppliers to improve processes.
