Job summary

American Battery Technology Company is seeking a Production Associate to operate and troubleshoot shop-floor equipment, assist with housekeeping, and monitor quality and alarms. The role reports to the Production Supervisor in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include preparing feedstock, supplying the line, packaging products, and ensuring customer requirements are met, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Punctual and professional attitude required.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions for equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare battery feedstock for daily production runs.
• Supply product to the line as part of the infeed process.
• Pack finished product into packaging and pallet configuration.
• Check finished product meets customer requirements.
• Perform physical tasks as directed (pushing, pulling, twisting, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Assist with other duties and cross-functional support.
