Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Keen attention to detail for handling materials, packaging, and logs.
• Strong problem-solving to address alarms and operational issues.
• Solid knowledge of safety protocols including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Clear communication to report issues and follow instructions.
• Team-oriented to work with operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
• Adaptability to changing shifts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant.
• Transfer bulk materials and input into the production process.
• Package finished products with correct labeling and secure packaging.
• Monitor processes from the control room and adjust as needed.
• Identify and respond to equipment alarms; shut down safely if required.
• Oversee internal movement of materials to ensure smooth production.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workplace.
• Perform LOTO procedures and maintain logs of production activities.
• Participate in incoming inspection of equipment and manage waste removal.
• Conduct plant patrols and document equipment condition.
