Job summary

DuPont in Midland, MI is hiring immediately for a Battery Material Handler. You will be responsible for safe reception, loading, transport, and storage of raw materials and supplies, plus packaging and labeling of finished products.

The role operates on a rotating schedule and requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid US driver's license, and willingness to work holidays and overtime. PPE and lifting up to 55 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Willing to rotate schedule including holidays and overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and wear PPE.
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package and label finished product per work instructions.
• Obtain samples of finished product during packaging for lab testing.
• Operate a forklift to receive and stage raw materials and supplies.
• Properly dispose of waste materials.
• Observe safety procedures and protocols.
• Operate a process mixer.
