Qualifications

• Associate degree requirement as stated.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lab, testing, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, chemical and/or electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience interpreting engineering instructions and using manufacturing or laboratory computer applications.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean, test, and maintain manufacturing and laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Work in a clean-room environment while following PPE and safety requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and document process and testing data to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with engineering and support teams to execute testing, builds, and process improvements.
