Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
• Model the 'Base Pace' while ensuring safety and respect.
• Act as the main link between the production floor and management.
• Ensure every product meets quality specifications.
• Lead investigations to prevent defects.

• Prepare the team for increased volumes and new processes.
