The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in battery testing and engineering leadership with a bachelor's degree in engineering. The role is hybrid, ideally for candidates near Ford hub locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in battery testing, validation, or complex lab operations.
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of managing large scale testing facilities/labs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of battery validation engineers.
• Spearhead the operational ramp-up of the EVDC2 battery lab.
• Manage the lab’s operational budget and resource allocation.
