Base-power is seeking a Project Operations Associate Intern in Austin, Texas, to support battery deployment projects from pre- to post-installation. This role involves managing project statuses, ensuring compliance, and proposing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in operations, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication capabilities. You'll play a vital role in ensuring project execution efficiency and supporting Base's growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role, preferably in related sectors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple projects handling ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Proficiency in managing documentation and utilizing online portals.

Responsibilities

• Own detailed execution across the full deployment workflow.
• Review photos and documentation for installation feasibility and compliance.
• Generate permit packages and prepare submissions.
• Reach out to members, utilities, and AHJs to push projects forward.
• Manage REP enrollments, ensuring smooth processing.
• Identify process and tool improvement opportunities.
