Arnold Oil Company of Austin in Houston, TX is seeking a dependable delivery driver to service established customer accounts, restock batteries, and maintain warehouse stock accuracy.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a Class B CDL license, and a clean driving record. You must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Must read and write in English.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery and restocking of battery inventory at customer locations.
• Collection of battery cores, and processing of defects from customers.
• Rotating inventory stock at customer locations and the warehouse; First In, First Out (FIFO)
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the battery storage location at the warehouse.
• Logging mileage and delivery stops, and conducting daily inspections of the delivery truck.
• Work to solicit new business from new car dealers, fleets, construction companies, garages, parts stores, boat dealerships, etc.
