Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience or MS with 3+ years
• Hands-on experience with battery cycling test equipment (Maccor/Arbin/Gamry or similar)
• Expertise in sensor measurement, data acquisition, and structured battery test procedures
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for processing, analysis, and visualization
• Proficient in SQL with experience querying large-scale time-series data in Snowflake or similar clouds
• Experience developing internal dashboards and applications for data automation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in fast-paced hardware development environments

Responsibilities

• Execute and track electrical and thermal testing across cell, pack, and system levels
• Operate battery cycling test equipment and manage sensor measurements
• Drive data automation to transform raw test data into actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and apps for data processing and visualization
• Query and analyze large time-series datasets in cloud data warehouses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot test issues and streamline pipelines
