You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development, operations, industrial design and reliability to drive design validation, tolerance analyses and manufacturability for scalable battery solutions. You will lead from prototype through ramp, applying FMEA, DOE, GD&T, and design reviews while

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and mechanical design best practices.
• Experience with FMEA, DOEs, GD&T and tolerance analyses.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops cell mechanical requirements and specifications with a multi-functional team.
• Generates innovative cell designs with detailed specifications and tolerances.
• Defines design validation and characterization from prototype to product testing.
• Drives DOE and failure analyses to reach robust design solutions.
• Supports manufacturing process development with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Communicates project status across management and teams.
• Leads design reviews and file release to meet timelines.
