The role requires following released work instructions, SOPs, and equipment requirements while maintaining accurate production records and material traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience in high-rel manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cells per WIs and SOPs.
• Set up and operate production tools and equipment.
• Perform pre-use checks and report anomalies.
• Verify materials and maintain traceability.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Maintain 5S and clean work area.
• Communicate status and issues during handoffs.
• Support trials and process improvements.
