Job summary

Amprius Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Battery Assembly & Test Technician on the Day Shift AWS to join our Fremont, CA site. You will assemble battery components, test completed cells, and help maintain quality under safety protocols.

This 6-month TEMP role offers a 3-days x 12-hour / 4-days x 12-hour AWS schedule, wage between $22 and $26 per hour, and opportunities to use hand tools with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in equipment operation or technician roles in semiconductor, solar, battery, electronics, or automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery components according to specifications.
• Test completed batteries to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Inspect materials and components for quality issues.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisor.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE protocols.
