Job summary

Crown in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a hands-on service technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers. You will perform regular maintenance on customer equipment and keep the service van stocked with parts and inventory.

You will also be responsible for processing paperwork after each job and communicating clearly with customers. A technical mindset, basic welding skills, and the ability to read schematics are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree preferred; battery/charger repair experience welcomed.
• Welding skills and knowledge of various testing equipment preferred.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes; ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
