Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking knowledgeable customer-focused technicians to join our team in the United States. This role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial batteries and chargers, performing planned maintenance, and maintaining service vans and inventory.

A strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, plus the ability to read schematics and communicate well with customers, is essential.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.

We are seeking knowledgeable customer focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technicians to join the Crown team.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer industrial batteries and chargers.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree, previous battery and charger repair experience, welding skills, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, ability to read and understand electrical schematics, good written/verbal communication skills, and good customer care skills
