Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation seeks knowledgeable customer-focused technicians to join our team in Denver. You will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers, perform maintenance, and manage service van inventory.

Team members are expected to handle paperwork after each job and maintain safety standards. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and under 2 years related experience; preferred are a technical degree, welding skills, and experience with testing

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Preferred: technical degree, battery/charger repair experience, welding skills, testing equipment knowledge.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes; ability to read electrical schematics; good written/verbal communication; strong customer care.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer batteries and chargers.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree, previous battery and charger repair experience, welding skills, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, ability to read and understand electrical schematics, good written/verbal communication skills, and good customer care skills
