Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Hayward, CA seeks knowledgeable, customer-focused field service technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers. You will maintain service vans, perform planned maintenance, and manage job paperwork while providing exceptional service to Crown's customers.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; less than 2 years related experience.

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree, previous battery and charger repair experience, welding skills, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred


• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, ability to read and understand electrical schematics, good written/verbal communication skills, and good customer care skills
