Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Surface Repair Technician to join our Utah team. You will perform small repairs typically completed in about an hour, using color-matching skills and your own toolkit to deliver precise, quality results.

You will provide excellent customer service to tenants and property managers, track progress in our dispatch system, and follow our 5-step repair process while collaborating with the support team. No weekends, with holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience performing hands-on work in areas like construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Color matching and color reproduction skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
