Job summary

Five Star Bath Solutions of Hill Country is seeking dependable Production Helpers to join our installation team as W2 employees. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in construction or general labor who want to grow in home renovations.

You’ll assist lead installers with demolition, material handling, site prep, cleanup, and basic installation support on bathroom renovation projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction, renovation, or general labor preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers.
• Basic safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Job Site Preparation & Cleanup: set up and breakdown tools, keep area clean and safe, remove debris.
• Material Handling & Basic Install Support: move materials, assist with positioning and securing parts, take basic measurements.
• Hands-On Support: follow directions, assist with waterproofing and sealing, minor plumbing adjustments.
• Safety & Teamwork: follow safety guidelines, work with the team to stay on schedule.
