Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction, renovation, or general labor preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down tools and materials each day.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site prep.
• Support installers with material handling and basic installation tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE; work with the team to stay on schedule.
