Job summary

West Shore Home in Rochester, NY is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer to join our growing team. You will load materials at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, explain the project, and complete safe, high-quality installations.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic hand and power tool skills, and a valid driver's license. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry/remodeling/plumbing or willingness to learn is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.

Position: Shower and Bath Installer

Location: Rochester, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $20-$22 per hour.
• Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s Licenseand reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
