Job summary

Ark Remodeling in Columbus, OH is seeking an Installer Helper (Apprentice) to join our growing bathroom remodeling team. You’ll receive hands-on training and learn from experienced installers through our 1-year apprenticeship program, with the opportunity to advance into a Lead Installer role.

As part of the team, you’ll assist with acrylic bath and shower installations, prep job sites, and learn safety procedures while developing essential installation skills in a fast-growing home-improvement

Qualifications

• Experience using construction tools and power tools is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in the construction industry is preferred, ideally in bathroom remodeling or similar hands-on work.
• This is an entry-level apprentice position with room for growth; prior hands-on construction experience is valued.
• Basic understanding of job site safety.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acrylic bath and shower installations.
• Help prepare job sites and organize materials.
• Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Operate construction tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Protect customers' homes and provide a professional customer experience.
