Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Bathroom Installer to join our team. You will load materials, travel to customer homes, install new tub or pan, surrounds, and update plumbing as needed, while ensuring a clean, 5-star experience.

The schedule is Monday-Friday starting at 6:30 AM, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a strong desire to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers' homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
