Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to work on a social housing project. The role covers removing old fixtures, installing baths or trays, basins and cisterns, laying tiles, and sometimes light painting or plastering.

You must have previous plumbing/bathroom fitting experience, own transport and tools, and be able to provide two checkable references. Street parking is available, and standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a plumber/bathroom fitter.
• Social housing experience preferred.
• Own transport.
• Own tools.
• Able to provide two checkable references if not previously employed by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Ripping out old bathroom suites.
• Installing baths/shower trays depending on the property.
• Installing wash hand basins and toilet cisterns.
• Laying 3-4 courses of tiles.
• Ideally do bits of painting and plastering.
