Luxury Bath in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Bathroom Design Consultant (Outside Sales) to drive growth with pre-qualified leads and in-home consultations. This full-time role offers a 100% commission-based compensation after a two-week training, with earning potential from $125,000 to $300,000+ per year and monthly bonuses.

You'll build rapport with homeowners, present customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required).
• Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.

What You'll Do

• Run two pre-qualified appointments per day (approximately 10 per week)

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
• Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results

Schedule

• Full-time
• Five days per week
• Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
• Appointment times vary based on customer availability
