Luxury Bath in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Bathroom Design Consultant (Outside Sales) to run two pre-qualified appointments per day, conduct in-home consultations, and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions to homeowners.

This full-time role offers a 100% commission-based compensation plan, two weeks of paid training, an annual earning potential of $125,000–$300,000+, monthly bonuses, and health benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required).
• Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
