NEW BATH TODAY is seeking professional independent contractors for bathroom installations in Lakeland, FL. The role focuses on bath and tub installs with two-man crews and a steady workload, including weekly warehouse pickups and ongoing opportunities.

Typical earnings per crew are $4,000–$5,000 weekly; payment is issued within a week of job completion and there is one week of paid training. Drivers license and insurance are required, along with industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years carpentry experience.
• Minimum 2 years electrical experience.
• Minimum 2 years plumbing experience.
• Crews must be professional, possess good leadership and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product at installations.
• Install structures or fixtures such as Walk-in Baths, Showers, Tubs, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Pedestal Vanities, Trim or Hardware using hand or power tools.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean job site.
• Remove damaged parts or sections and repair or replace as needed.
• Clean and haul away debris from all job sites and maintain trailer cleanliness.
• Collect payment on all jobs upon completion.
