Safe Showers is seeking professional independent contractors for bathroom remodels, focusing on baths, showers, vanities, flooring, and painting. The model uses two-man crews; some teams may run multiple crews.

Earnings per crew are typically $2,500 to $4,000 per week, and payment is issued within a week of job completion. A warehouse near the San Antonio airport supports material pickups; traveling to jobs is common, with potential for longer operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years carpentry experience.
• Minimum 2 years electrical experience.
• Minimum 2 years plumbing experience.
• LLC established or created.
• Work Vehicle.
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product at installations.
• Install structures or fixtures such as Walk-in Baths, Showers, Tubs, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Pedestal Vanities, Trim or Hardware, flooring (LVP or Laminate), and painting using carpenters' hand or power tools.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean job site.
• Remove damaged parts and repair or replace using hand tools.
• Clean and haul away debris from job sites and keep vehicles/trailers clean.
• Collect payment on all jobs upon completion.
