Bath Experts is seeking a Shower & Bath Installer in Cincinnati to join our award-winning Bath Experts team. You will install bath systems, utilizing carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills, with tools and training provided.

This full-time role offers a 75k-110k annual compensation, W2 employment, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install bath systems in 1–2 days using carpentry and plumbing skills.
• Work with Jacuzzi branded panel systems; no tile work required.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and respect the homeowner's property.
• Adhere to installation standards and complete service requests.
