This full-time W2 role provides all tools and training to advance, with compensation ranging from 75k to 110k annually and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect paid on-the-job training, year-round work, and plenty of growth opportunities as a leader in bathroom remodeling.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or construction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and maintain safety on site.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read measurements accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install bath systems in 1–2 days using carpentry, plumbing and construction skills.
• Install Jacuzzi branded panel systems with no tile.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and respect homeowner property.
• Adhere to installation standards while handling service requests.
