Job summary

Wilshire at Lakewood Rehab and Healthcare Center in Missouri is seeking a CNA – Certified Nurse Assistant/Bath Aid to join our clinical team. New graduates are welcome and you will help residents with daily living activities while promoting compassionate care.

Shift: Weekdays 7am - 3:30 pm. Benefits include flexible hour options, competitive pay + shift differential, paid time off, advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents’ spaces clean and tidy.
• Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residents.

Education
