Wilshire at Lakewood Rehab and Healthcare Center in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a CNA - Certified Nurse Assistant/Bath Aid to support residents with daily living, personal care, and meal assistance. This role offers weekdays shift 7am – 3:30 pm and the chance to join an active, caring team committed to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake
• Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean and tidy
• Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residents
