This commission-based role offers pre-qualified leads, flexible schedule, paid training, and unlimited earning potential—$150,000 to $200,000+ annually—based on performance.

Bring strong communication, presentation skills, reliable transportation, and a customer-first attitude to grow with a locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale.
• Must live in or near the Spokane area.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
