Job summary

Luxury Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Spokane area. You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, listen to their needs, and design bath remodeling solutions using our iPad-based sales system.

You’ll present pricing, discuss financing options, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must live in or near the Spokane area.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers’ needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
