Job summary

American Vision Baths is hiring a Bath Apprentice Installer to join our residential remodeling team. This hands-on field role offers a path to a long-term career in the trades, learning from knowledgeable Lead Installers.

You will report to our Simi Valley shop, load materials, travel to local residential job sites in a company vehicle, and help complete bath, shower, and walk-in tub installations. Most work is local and crews return home nightly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on trade, construction, labor, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools, measuring, and safe jobsite practices.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. individually and assist with heavier team lifts.
• Comfortable with physical work and residential homes.
• Reliable transportation to the Simi Valley shop.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with bath, shower, and walk-in tub remodels.
• Protect customer homes with tarps, floor protection.
• Support demo, material handling, prep, installation, cleanup, and final detail work.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Take measurements and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Learn installation standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional attitude in occupied homes.
• Show up on time, ready to work, and willing to learn.
