Job summary

American Vision Baths is hiring a Bath Apprentice Installer to join the residential remodeling team in Simi Valley, CA. This hands-on role reports to the shop and involves loading materials, local job-site travel, and learning a repeatable bath installation system.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of hands-on trade experience or related fields, can lift 60 lbs, and are willing to learn from Lead Installers. Overnight travel may occur with notice.

Qualifications

• Requires basic measuring and safe handling of tools.
• 1 year hands-on trade or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work physically.
• Reliable transportation to Simi Valley shop; local travel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with bath, shower, and walk-in tub remodels.
• Protect customer homes using tarps and floor protection; maintain clean jobsite.
• Support demo, material handling, prep, installation, cleanup, and final detail work.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Measure accurately, follow instructions, and complete tasks.
