Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Bath Installation Lead to join our national team. You will install remodeling products per standards, apply finish work, communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and complete the carpentry checklist with homeowners.

Qualifications include 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with bath remodels, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in remodeling, carpentry or construction.
• Experience with bath remodels or acrylic installs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to our standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction project.
• Communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at project completion.
